I was on hold for 55 minutes waiting for a supervisor because I was lied too, no one ever answered me. I will NEVER do business with Bank of America again.

Still sitting on hold 55 minutes later to get ATM issue (ate the check) resolved after Kings Lake Blvd, Naples employee Josh said they cannot assist (where the ATM ate the check) and we needed to call 800 # - 800 # said the BRANCH is responsible. This is the second time this has happened only to be told the branch is responsible but apparently the "branch manager" Josh doesn't know what his branch is supposed to do not to mention he was rude and had no interest in helping a customer of 25 years. Still on hold
