What are requirements for taking a cat with me on the flight from Saigon to Hanoi? He has a health book and a rabies vaccine and his breed is allowed to be taken on the plane (he has no breed, a stray Vietnamese cat).
I wish to take him to fly with me in a cabin. I plan my trip on the 23 of January.
