If you have unresolved issues, request an appointment with senior representatives at Baja Designs headquarters. The headquarters is located at the corporate office, Baja Designs, Inc., 2950 Norman Strasse Rd, San Marcos, California 92069, United States. If you cannot visit the office, mail a detailed letter to headquarters. The street address is also a mailing address.

Baja Designs' customer service hours are Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM PST. They are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and major holidays. However, you can still send emails outside these hours, and customer service will respond as soon as possible during business hours.
