Horrible horrible horrible company! Never in my 40 years in Sarasota have I ever been so upset with a business!

Decorator ordered wrong funiture and will not give me a refund! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE company!! PLEASE NEVER spend your money with this store! FRAUD....

They lie! Want to charge a restock fee and I must spend balance in their store. Chairs where to be gray and cream fabric.. they came full of RED threads!

Decorator knew my colors grays and blues! Not sure decorator was even a decorator!! Just wanted to sell some furniture! They never return phone calls!

Everyone is on vacation! Finally heard from them and they will not admit their mistakes!

Reason of review: Not as described/ advertised.

Monetary Loss: $7000.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Baers Furniture Cons: Customer service, Horrrible company, Lack of discloser on sight unseen item.
