AXS cancelled my tickets without warning!
I signed up for a payment plan on AXS for a concert that is coming up. About a month after this my bank issued me one of those new cards with the security chip in it.
This card had a different number than the one I payed with. Apparently it is Axs policy to cancel your order without even asking you if you would like to update your card number.
So now not only did I lose my tickets to the event, but I also lost out on the money I paid so far because they tried to refund to my old card. AXS will not be having my business again and I warn all others to stay away.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $57.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
AXS Cons: False claims and misrepresentations.
