The Avenova customer service department provides assistance Monday through Friday from 6.30 a.m. to 5 p.m. PST. The company does not operate on Saturdays and Sundays. The customer care team may also be unavailable during the holiday season. For example, on Christmas, New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving, and other major holidays, the support services may not be provided.
