Avanquest - Serial no of fixit utilities is wrong and can't be read a35 something

i need the right serial no for my product in order for it to work my email address is firstname.lastname@example.org the product is fixit utilities pro 10 i purchased the pro software a year ago and never got back an answer your custumer call center never came back with a serial no.that activates the pro application the serial has a a35 no.
i can't read I've been running a trial but have to keep resetting it to use the product i took a picture of the disk to prove i have it i will attach to you would expect to have the correct serial no.to activate it for proper operation.
