Finally got my car back on October 29. The only repair was the key needed to be recoded so that the car could recognize the key.I did have help getting the car back.

I wrote the Federal Trade Commission, Georgia's Consumer Protection Agency, the Governor of Georgia, the Better Business Bureau of Georgia, Georgia's Attorney General and the CEO and President of Mitsubishi.A few items were stolen from car.

Can't believe that grown men would care about a pair of pliers, a toy rubber snake and a letter opener. Not going to complain. I got my car back.

Tow truck delivered my car to Augusta Mitsubishi on September 4. I called to find out when repair would be complete.

I was told they are behind schedule and repairs would be done by September 15. I called company on September 15, was told they are still behind schedule and repairs would be completed on September 17 or 20. I called on 20th of September, was told they were caught up and would start on my car Friday (September 24). I called September 27 was told mechanic is out to lunch.

Lamar (who is making excuses) said he knew nothing about car, but would have mechanic return my call. NO ONE returned my call. I called on October 14, Lamar explained, mechanic had an appointment and was not in.

The problem with vehicle is that it does not recognize the key. After 5 weeks these people are unable to work on my car.

User's recommendation: STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY - FAR AWAY.

Augusta Mitsubishi Cons: Lying, No customer service.
