Has anyone else gotten warranty denial refusals for repair or replacement of their Athlon Cronus BTR scopes when the Illumination is obviously defective straight out of the box where it one side of the reticle Illuminates normally while the other half is noticeably dimmer? I own two of them and one is obviously defective and Athlon won't repair nor replace the defective one straight out of box and told me since are like that came from the manufacture only half the reticle Illuminates normally while the other half is noticeably dimmer. I used to really love Athlon up until they screwed me over after paying so much money buying their most expensive Cronus BTR scopes and I bought a lot of their other scopes as well.
