Very difficult to get any meaningful communication.
The "live chat" is a joke! There is no live person on the other end you are communicating with a machine.
They make it difficult to find a phone number to call for help and once I did find a way to call I was on hold for 18 minutes and I gave up and hung up.
Our concert was cancelled and we ,and many others did not find out until we arrived at the venue.
This entire system of ordering tickets electronically is a racket you buy tickets like we did in our case and these companies get to hold on to your money for months then upon cancellation you get a refund but nothing else.
We drove 300 miles to see Joe Bonamassa in Cheyenne Wyoming, spent two nights in a hotel, I took Monday off from work and lost income.
My out of pocket for this debacle is well over $1,000.00
