I hired this photographer to take photos of my wedding in July 2022. I have yet to receive them and no estimated date for them.
They rarely respond at all and when they do it is just excuse after excuse as to why I don't have them yet.
I paid almost $2000.00 and had guests not take any pictures because I hired a professional.
I have only about 20 pictures from my wedding. We spent the majority of the reception taking pictures... which I don't have.
I have sent letters, emails, texts asking when I will get them. I even said I just want them, they don't have to be edited..
I just want pictures. No response.
When I sent them the first letter, they made a nasty post on facebook, but still didn't sent my pictures.
User's recommendation: Do not hire them for your wedding.
Monetary Loss: $1500.
Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
