Asap Tickets - Lack of professionalism
Knowing that I did not have US passport sold me a ticket for 2 stops in EU that counted as domestic flight. Didn't tell me I needed Schengen visa to travel.
Learned that at check in counter. Could not board flight. Tried to get help from your agency but got none. Told me that there wasn't any seats or flights for next two days.
However, Lufthansa agent at check in counter got me a seat for 2 hours later on same flight path and I actually arrived in Tashkent at same time of original flight but with one stop in Germany not two so didn't need Schengen. Absolutely no help from Amany (customer service) getting on flight from Dulles to Tashkent. Actually unprofessional actions in telling me there were no seats or flights available. Can not depend on ASAP ticket service.
Because of your unprofessional activity Airline charged me $700 to cancel ticket and ASAP tickets charged me $350 just to request refund. Not dependable at all.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
