How Good is Aroma360's Customer Service?
I absolutely love the product, but it was difficult to get a quick resolution. I obviously received a defective product to begin with, and it was very difficult to make aroma 360 aware that one month was too long to get a properly operational product.
Product is already overpriced so I decided to take advantage of the sale. The item was on sale for $209 and if you spin you get $100 off $200 purchase. But I was told that the 2 could jot be used together because the "sale" is considered a promo code. I looked for this in writing on the site and asked the rep to provide it to me as well. Was told that a supervisor would contact me which hasn't happened (not surprised). It's bad enough to charge almost 300 dollars for this item but to not honor your sales and promotions is just plain greed! Would have been a nice to have but there are certainly items that can accomplish the same goal for a much more realistic price point. I'm not getting caught up in the hype and paying this much money for an air freshner.
