According to the Argo Tea returns & exchanges section, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it within 60 days for an exchange or refund. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. The following policies apply to all returns and exchanges:

• Returns that are determined the error of Argo Tea (because they are incorrect or the items arrive damaged), can be sent back to Argo Tea using their pre-paid FedEx shipping label. To request a shipping label, please email the company at ecommerce@argotea.com.

• If you want an exchange or refund, please mail your return to Argo Tea Returns 16 W Randolph Street Chicago, IL 60601.

• Returned items must include the packing slip and a reason for the return in order to be processed.

• Refunds will be applied to the original credit card used unless otherwise specified and can take up to 10 business days depending on the financial institution.

• Be sure to return the items in their original packing materials, if possible, and ensure the items are protected before they are shipped back.
