Delay in responding to query issue raised. The experience was frustrating as unable to speak to anyone by phone. Had to resolve issue via online chat with an agent which was difficult and frustrating.

I don’t want to block my card I want to activate my account please

My account is not working and I want to activate it as I need to pay out people I contacted customer services to get help but now they have blocked my card.
