Loft sent me THREE wrong items or the wrong size!!
So today I went to return LOFT items. One item was not on the receipt because well, obviously, it is not because you sent me the wrong thing!!!
Sales associate girl will not take it because it is not on the receipt (well duh) - of course it is not on there , you sent me the wrong item! I ordered a sweater in S - I got a dress in LP!!! R u serious LOFT??? I know you are busy but come on..
Your shipping depart needs some review and upgrade - Hire some people who pay attention to what they are doing! The thing that *** me off the most is that on their returns site it says "Returns without an original receipt will be credited for the item's current selling price on the date of the return, in the form of a merchandise credit. " I have returned things their with no receipt so how in the world would they EVEN know if it was a wrongly sent item unless I said something. They wouldn't...
I think I am gonna be sneaky and go and just get my credit... Anything is better then going to the Post Office.
