Amigo Energy is a full-service Retail Electric Provider (REP) and subsidiary of the Just Energy Group. In short, deregulation gives consumers the ability to shop around for their energy product and services. No, there will be no interruption in The Client's electricity service when The User switch to Amigo Energy. On the day The Client start with Amigo Energy, The Client's Advanced Meter will report The Customer's usage to The User's previous electric provider as final usage to generate a final bill. From the day The Client of Amigo Energy start with Amigo Energy, The User's usage will be reported to Amigo Energy and included in The Client's first bill. The User of Website will not be billed for the same usage from two companies. No, it is not necessary to notify The Customer's current provider of The User's intent to switch. One or two days before The User's switch is complete The Customer's current provider will be notified that a switch is taking place.
