I ordered my sons Christmas gift from them on December 19th and paid for next day shipping. I did not receive my sons Christmas gift at all and now he has nothing for Christmas.

It was a 200.00 keyboard with iPad capability. This company took no accountability nor atoned for this horrible horrible injustice.

Reason of review: Order processing issue.

I don't usually read a comment that makes me want to perk up like a millennial that's been gender assumed... but as I was randomly reading these review comments I saw this and HAD to say something.

They may not have shipped what you ordered (less than a week before the biggest vacation holiday of the year) when you expected, but I'm not sure it's an "injustice". AMS didn't scam you for your entire life savings, or kill your family and leave you for dead in a ditch, leading you to take up the cowl of justice and prowl around your city looking for the one armed man who started you on your dark path of rebirth. They aren't poisoning the water supply for an entire town.

Looking at their site and BBB entry.

They are a smallish warehouse with probably less than 100 employees nationwide (i'm actually estimating around 50 TBH) Now, since its christmas week, those 100 employees have probably been cut in half because of vacations. Because of this, there's probably 3-4 team leaders that are busting their butts to get a ridiculous number of gifts boxed up and shipped out. Above those 3-4 team leads who are at this point stressed to their breaking point (keep in mind they are also rushing around trying to ensure their family will have a great christmas also) is probably a manager who is hearing from a dozen different higher ups about every LITTLE PROBLEM including unfair reviews that claim injustice. Keep in mind these people are employees, team leads, and managers who are trying their hardest to get 1000s of gifts out before christmas.

They are not Amazon or Walmart or Lex Luthor with unlimited resources in their quest for world domination. I also didn't get my gift this year. Instead I got a box inside a box inside a box with a paid reciept for my digital piano. It was still the best gift I had under the tree this year.

Call the company. They'll probably refund shipping, then, crack open a book on how to learn to be patient and forgiving...

otherwise, put on a cowl and cape and stalk the night protecting other people from "injustice". Those are really your only choices, and neither one will make everyone laugh at your surprising and unfair sense of entitlement as you leave angry little snippets on a website for a company which you only chose because they had the cheapest possible price when you googled "best digital piano under $200".
