Ambit Energy - Fraud/signed me up as a customer without my permission.
Fraudulently sign me up as a customer. I received a letter from PG&E confirming my enrollment with a third party gas supplier dated Nov.
1,2016. I called Ambit @1-97*-813-**** and disputed the enrollment with a Michelle ;she had my phone# and address correct but e-mail was wrong. I called PG&E and spoke with Christina @Fresno cntr. and she said I should a cx# or a confirmation# and to call Ambit back.
I called Ambit 1-97*-813-**** and asked for a confirmation #orCX # and was given a CASE #S1671**** by Martha. I called PG&E back and spoke with Jose and gave him the CASE#.
he said I should call Ambit back in 3 weeks and verify I did not get into their billing.
Reason of review: did not request their service!!!!.

So, the customer complains that he didn't want your service and didn't sign up for it....No comments necessary, thank you.Kindly help the poster delete his/her account. That should make both parties happy, don't you think?
Same thing happened to me. Ambit tried to switch service without my authorization. Got Conf# from Ambit that I will report back to PG&E.
