Ally Capellino Return Policy
During the sale please send returns within 7 days of delivery. The Company will process the refund once www.allycapellino.co.uk have received the goods. All items purchased after the 1st December can be returned until the 7th January. To be eligible for a return, The User's item must be unused and in the same condition that The User of company services received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Returns that are damaged or soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than to try the item on) may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused. Where provided, any packaging such as dust bags, boxes and tags must be included with The User's return. Please ensure The User of Website include The Client's order number when returning any items, as without this www.allycapellino.co.uk are unable to complete The Customer's refund. Once The User's return is received and inspected, The Company will send The Client an email to notify The Customer that Website have received The Customer's returned item.
