Access and Information Center

The easiest way to contact Alliance Health customer service is to call the access and information centre at the toll-free number 1-800-510-9132. You can use another Alliance Health phone number, 1-919-651-8500, for provider support. All the numbers you can call are available on the website. For your convenience, we provide some of the numbers here. The number for the behavioural health crisis line is 1-877-223-4617. It is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for your convenience. To report fraud or abuse, call 1-855-727-6721.

There are two published Alliance Health email addresses. For claims inquiries, please contact the team via email at claims@AllianceHealthPlan.org. For inquiries about subrogation matters, email AllianceSubrogation@AllianceHealthPlan.org. You can expect a response within 2 or 3 working days. For urgent matters, please don't send an email; rather, call customer care for an immediate response.

If you have unresolved issues, you can request an appointment with a senior representative at headquarters. The Alliance Health headquarters is located at the corporate office at 5200 W. Paramount Parkway, Suite 200, Morrisville, North Carolina, United States. If you are unable to visit the office, you are welcome to mail a detailed letter to our headquarters.

Business hours at the Alliance home office are Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:15 PM. Member and recipient services are from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Saturday. However, the behavioral health crisis line is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for immediate support. Outside these hours, you can still visit the website for answers to many of your questions.
