I purchased and returned a pair of shoes for refund, and you keep stalling the refund
- I requested the refund two months ago, at that time you said the check is not cut here and it will
be sent to you between 3- 6 weeks
- Called back and you said the check is not cut here and it seems it has been approved, wait 3 -6 weeks
-Called back after 6 weeks and you said again the check is not here, we will send it in 3-6 weeks
- Called back again !!! and now you say the check has been lost and for me to wait 3- 8 weeks
it over two months I am requesting a refund and you do not process and only offer me ticket discounts!
you are supposed to refund the purchase.
User's recommendation: please do not incur with requesting refunds, I have been trying to get a refund for six months, and they constantly provide stories for not doing it.
Monetary Loss: $291.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
