Oh, Rob@***e, You promised good service; you promised that you would repair my beloved Saeco espresso machine. I had so much hope, Rob@***e; I trusted you so.

Yet, after weeks turned to months and months to a year, I suspected something might be wrong. Why could no one tell me when my machine would be repaired Rob@***e, you promised parts would come in and my machine would be as good as new. When parts were still not found, you promised a similar machine to replace mine. Then miracles upon miracles, Rob@***e, you found new parts.

Then weeks passed, again months, and finally you tell me my machine is repaired and will be shipped. For weeks, I sat by the door, waiting for the UPS man, face pressed against the glass, my breath fogging the window. No one came, Rob@***e. I called daily, but just like my high school crush, you would not return my call, Rob@***e.

Then, my very own Christmas miracle occurred. My beloved machine arrived a week before Christmas. Sure the milk carafe was missing, but your staff, Rob@***e, reassured me that they don't make such mistakes as not returning a carafe and that I should simply purchase from another online store. They were right; I found one for just $125.

Please keep and enjoy mine. You deserve something for your excellent service, Rob@***e. Rob@***e, I so enjoyed having my espresso maker for the 3 days that it worked. Those were 10 glorious lattes and 5 steam milks.

It was so worth the 18 months of waiting. However, it is with great sadness that I have to tell you, Rob@***e, that my dear Saeco machine is no longer with us. It has given up the ghost and gone to the great appliance Valhalla. I know how worried you would be, Rob@***e.

I know that you would want to know that your repairs didn't work, but no one will answer my calls, Rob@***e. Why won't someone answer my calls, Rob@***e? Did I do something wrong? I don't know what I did.

I gave you my money. I trusted you with my beloved Saeco. Why, Rob@***e? Why, did you do take my trust, Rob@***e?

You made such promises, but you never fulfilled them, Rob@***e. Rob@***e, you sit upon a Throne of Lies. How could you live with yourself?

You stink. You smell like beef and cheese.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $300.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I agree with the many reviews that you should AVOID AlatteHotte and Rob, After being a customer for ten years he has turned into liar and a cheat. The internet is a with stories that, now I can personally say, I too have had the exact same thing happen.

I sent my Odea in to be cleaned and serviced he did neither and sent me back "a machine" (not mine) that was in worse condition than my very lightly used machine and only upon the threat of being sued and a demand letter did he settle by sending me a check to reimburse my shipping cost and the cost of "o rings" he was supposed to install.

Rob was to service my machine and return it once I returned from vacation. I tried to communicate with him via email, then phone calls with nothing being returned. When I finally got in touch with him he started with all kinds of excuses about emails and phone service changes that we so outrages that I went from my original plan of getting this machine back while I waited for him to get a shipment of new upgraded machines in, as I was in the market to upgrade as well, to just being happy if I got my old machine back.

My machine was sent in the original factory box with all the original packing materials that I kept for 10 years, I am meticulous and cleaned and serviced this machine myself since I bought it.

I felt since I was going out of town it would be a good idea to have a "professional" service it. I cleaned it well before packing it. I received "a machine" back, it was returned in a generic box and w/o the power cord and when questioned he claimed the boxed arrived "so damaged" he couldn't return the machine safely in it and that he did me a favor by not charging me. I asked "why did you accept it from FedEx then?

I would have filled a claim!" No reply! I then started to tell him that it clearly had never been cleaned as he claimed and that in fact I was positive it wasn't even my machine he started blocking my calls, not returning text not email. When I did get him on the phone he started to try to make me out to be the liar.

(I have a video of the machine he sent me and the state it was in that I will post on Youtube.) Only after speaking with my attorney and sending the demand letter that Rob corresponded.

I have since read the exact same story from another "client" dealing with this incredibly dishonest and stupid "businessman". Don't ever send him your machine and if possible do business elsewhere.
