New ReviewerI bought a home from this place a while back. It took a while for me to get my new home, due to supply chain issues from the factory.
I was not sure weather to believe that the issue was from the factory, so I called the factory. I was told that the issue was 100% the factories issue and they were working through it. My new home showed up and the guys in their construction department did a great job getting it put together. I did not know what all it takes to get a home delivered to a site and put together.
WOW what a learning experience!
Jason was a lot of help explaining what all they have to do to get a home signed off by the state and the county. I will not need a home anytime soon, but I would send anyone that asks where to buy a home!
User's recommendation: Always get everything in writing. That is anywhere you buy.
AJ Home Center Pros: Friendly staff.
AJ Home Center Cons: Takes a while to get a home.
Location: 60 Rua Alberto Juan Rembado, Lins, São Paulo 16400, Brazil

The home manufacturer does not have a contract with AJ clients. AJ homes does.
The home manufacturer works for AJ, AJ works (or pretends to) work for the home purchaser. The manufacturer will not give specific details concerning dates, or money to an AJ client. I called them numerous times. What I found is that they are vague and seemingly take the blame due to lack if details provided.
You (the home purchaser) did not have a contract with Palm Harbor, nor did you personally transfer any funds to them. All of that is done through AJ homes as the contractor, selling agent, “middle man”. Palm Harbor claimed to have my home on the list for build, but yet never had the funds forwarded from AJ home center. On the list, on the list, for a year.
But never technically ordered due to lack of funding. Had they ever informed me the funds weren't transferred instead of stating “on the build list” It would have saved me a-lot of waiting for no reason, stress, and in the end a failed construction loan
