Airbnb - Arrived to find an unmade and uncleaned room. Had to take a nearby hotel room. Owner said he would refund. DIDN"T happen.

it sounds like he offered a refund through Airbnb if he said he will give you the service charge back bc that's the only way he can give a refund is through Airbnb. I have had dumb guests that don't understand how the refund process work, so call Airbnb! Shame on you for being lazy if you haven't!
