Agoda - Very Bad Experience, Unauthorized credit deduction, Zero customer service
This is with reference to the excess charge that has been done by your company. Would request you to look into the same and refund the amount on immediate basis.
The booking was done on 19th August,2016 for hotel Millennia Boutique Hotel Olaya in Riyadh , through your Website booking ID - 10385**** (As a reputed organization hope you have all the records with you) We were charged INR 106,549.88 (USD 1,593.75)however the amount which was mentioned in the site while booking was USD1062.50 (in INR.71184.55).
The same was wrongly charged from the credit card.
In spite of regular follow ups and mails , we have not yet heard anything positive from your team. We have been working with you on many projects and donโt expect such unprofessional responses from your team.
This may hamper the future association.
Please look into the same and refund the excess amount on immediate basis.
Reason of review: Problems with payment.
Monetary Loss: $531.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
