RMA00443 is my RMA number I sent with my AGM Taipan TM19-384 s/n F5894**** to the Grand Prairie for warrantee work and it was received November 9th I believe. I have called and left messages and my email address inquiring on an update for the unit and haven't received any info back.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!!
