When you pay extra for the two day shipping, it actually arrives three days later. After calling customer service and inquiring about this to get a refund.
The customer service agent explained this is how Advocare works.
No refund was given nor will I be placing a two day shipment again. I will also be letting everyone I know that subscribe to Advocare how bad the customer service actually is.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Had the same problem, when u click on 2 day shipping they give u the delivery date, but its always wrong. The upsell the shipping on false info.
I believe it mainly false on FedEx though. It is not really a true 2- day shipping.
Ups is much better. 3 of my shipments were also crushed and re-taped.
