I purchased an engine for a little over $2k for son's 2005 my Jeep. Was told by Tom and their website that engine came with a warranty.

17,000 miles ( little less than 2 years) the heads go bad. We sent pictures of the heads and asked if they could help out and that they did not look like there were new, they were a mess inside. I called and emailed Tom and was told I needed to talk with Kim Deluca in the warranty department only for her to tell me we had no warranty. That they do not offer warranties.

The best they can do was to have us pull the motor ship it back to them and let the look it over and repair it. She did not mention that they would cover the expense of the repair, it was just going to be a shot in the dark to trust them to be honest and not charge me another arm and leg for something that never should have happened in the first place. I also have a 2004 Jeep and still have the same heads and engine with 160,000 miles on it with no problems. It is hard to believe that a rebuilt engine with new reworked parts will break down after only 17,000 miles.

This company is not good on their word, their work is shotty and I truly believe that they took advantage of us since we ordered the motor from out of state. So now my son whom is disabled is having to worry about getting his car fixed yet again because of this dishonest company!!!
