Was forced to purchase "benefits plus" even though contract clearly stated "optional". After attempting to terminate benefits plus as stated in contract, it took 4 weeks and multiple calls to regional manager to get it done. Then they tried to rip me off on my full refund.iiii {{Redacted}}

After a prolonged fight, got my full refund. However, they still insist that benefits plus and extra insurance are mandatory even though contract clearly states they are optional. I paid off the contract and will never do business with this bad company again.
