The customer service at Acceptance Now is the pits, they lie to the customer regarding the buy out amount and that they submit emails to verify information regarding accounts
I made a purchase and after realizing that i could not pay at the end of 90 days asked each month how much the buy out amount was. I was consistently given an outrageous amount which after researching at what is almost the end of my lease that i was repeatedly given the amount that it would cost at the end of the lease term. When i was finally educated as to the as to the policy of the company and made a complaint with the acceptance now customer service department i was brushed off and was told that the district manager would contact me well that she did only to tell me that she could not verify any truth of what i was telling her she then went on to say that i had received emails tell me what the buy out amount was i searched my emails to find that that was a lie also
there is nothing that you can buy that would charge the customer the amount of the purchase for final cost
this is a rip off and the management has no customer service tack
BEWARE STAY AWAY FROM VALU CITY ACCEPTANCE NOW PROGRAM
i will be filing a complaint with the the division of consumer affairs how dare she a district manager tell me that i am lying just to satisfy the practices of a company that rips people off
