My fiancé financed with acceptance through HHGregg in Hopewell VA. The total cost for a TV and Playstation 4 was $623.00.

Now after paying $100.00 a month for 7 months the payoff is still over $600.00. When I called to inquire about the $400.00 I was being told the breakdown is in the contract. Yes there is a breakdown in the contract which states it is tax. Sales tax in VA is 5%.

There is no way this equals $400. The rep.

Cassandra was extremely rude and had no knowledge of their practices or the contract. I told her it is illegal to charge an amount that is not listed in the contract but she had not clue of anything.

Reason of review: Bad quality.

Monetary Loss: $600.

Preferred solution: Price reduction.
