I purchase some furniture in 2013 which total to 1500.00 from FFO. When I receive the furniture it needed some repair to the sofa.
The set suppose to been new but need repair. I told them about it they kept saying they were going to send somebody out but the company was always booked up. Now it 2016 I'M still paying for the furniture which is way over amount of the furniture price. I believe I been out of 4000 instead of 1500 price tag.
WHY? Another thing when you don't make the payment before or on due date you get call three times a day till you make the payment.
BUT NO PHONE CALL after that! I guess that's what your company call good customer service.
