My daughter bought a sectional from Acceptance Now (really Rent-A-Center) she was quoted $160 for 3 months to have it paid off in 90 days. She went to pay off the last pmt and all of a sudden she owes $486.00 instead of the $160.

She ask several times for the lady to explain this as she has never bought anything like this. On top of everything she has never received the furniture it still sits in the warehouse. Cant get management to call back and have sat on wait on the phone forever with no help.... We will NEVER buy from this company again...

And to boot my daughter has now had an awful experience for life...

Just went through the samething here in memphis tn. Changing dates.

misleading, rude and over charging. Never again!
