I went to the store where I purchased my appliances to make a cash payment. I made the payment, received a receipt.

About five days later a RAC truck showed up at my house. The guy was very rude and said I had to make a payment today in order to keep my stuff. I showed him my receipt and he said it was valid unless I received two of them. I paid the money because I didn't want to loose my appliances.

I found out that this happens to many customers.

My husband and I have been threatened and harassed by this company since day one! Please save yourself some trouble and stay away from RAC!!!!!

Monetary Loss: $2800.
