The website is substandard, customer service is sub par it's like dealing it's worse that dealing with Rent a Center, I wanted to set up bi-monthly payments instead of monthly, the rep gladly accepted my money, I show up again to finish the payment, I was charged for the month, I told the rep what I was doing, he called the assistant manager, she told me that they could not do it that way, and I exclaimed that the rep already took half, she mentioned something to me about taking it as a courtesy, It's just a little over one hundred dollars I paid, but it's about principle and Acceptance Now lacks it. PS If any reps from Acceptance Now has read this post, I am contacting the BBB
