in springhill tn on1/31/16 brought washer and dryer after 2.5.hrs of being in electronic express and doing loan with lady on her personnel phone got to leave store 22 miles down road she called and had forgotten to get picture of driver id said had to come back asked if could wait until2 wks when i came back there she no contract no good without id so i went back and told them just to keep washer and dryer would not help unload so did it myself and call police because wouldnt give money back. now contract is good without picture and i,ve rented them for the month it wasnt good at all then was to there liking will have to take to small claims court to try and get money back even when dont have nothing i think it is trying to find a way to steal people's money so not the company bu you have to make sure they have everything and you don't change your mind because they didn't do their job

Reason of review: Problems with payment.

Monetary Loss: $207.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Acceptance Now Cons: Unprofession loan advisor, Complex layering system to avoid liability.

Talk with district manager are sending money back Mr Joshua was very nice has even called back to see if I've gotten check yet

HAVE JUST TALKED WITH ACCEPTANCE SAY CANT GIVE MY MONEY BACK BECAUSE THEY BROUGHT W/D FROM ELECTRONIC EXPRESS AND THEY DONT REFUND THEM THE MONEY ON THERE PURCHASES THEREFORE THEY HAVE TO KEEP MY MONEY BECAUSE IT COST ACCEPTANCE TO BUY IT BUT MY RECEPIT SAYS THEY HAVE A 30 DAY MONEY BACK POLICY WONDER WHICH WAY IT IS i THINK ACCEPTANCE CUSTOMERS SHOULD ALL CALL THERE STATES ATTONEY GERERALS OFFICE AND FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THEM TO SEE IF A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT CAN BE FILED. ALSO MR JOSHA DISTRICT MANAGER STILL NO CALL FROM YOU

After talking with 3 employees the last one was call for district manager was told he was handling other things and would call me that was friday evening 2 5 2016 still haven't heard from him wonder what's more important that customer service if I was electronic express I'd think about letting them do business in my stores that could have a negative impact on business
