I called them about two weeks to let them know I needed a month extension because I would not be able to pay that month. The person I spoke to stated that I needed to go online and sign up for auto pay.

So I did that while on the phone with the rep and he says he will take care of it. I call back because when I checked my account it was still showing the same amount due for the same month. I get another person who tells me that I wasn't given the month extension. I say why wasn't I notified.

He says that he just found out that day!! I told him that I would not be able to pay that month. They kept calling me and harassing my references. I called them and told them to stop harassing my references as I had already made payment arrangements on my account and for them to note it on my account.

The rep tells me that it's the manager's decision to note it on my account and that he wasn't there.

They are horrible. Don't ever use them to purchase anything!!!!!
