I used the 90 day option to purchase my daughters bedroom set , on the 90th day June17th i was in Good Samaritan Hospital very very ill , we called on the following day June 18th to make the payment and explain what had taken place and the representative said "oh no problem just give us a copy of your hospital papers and you will be alright give our corporate office a call in the morning speak with (Patrick the manager) he is very understanding" so i call corporate only to play phone tag with Patrick for over a month ! when we finally did speak he used this condescending tone breaking down the 90 day option program!!

i did not call Patrick for a month to go over the contract i reached out to this man to help solve the issue and that was NOT done !! instead he said their was nothing he could do !

keep in mind i have never missed or made any late payments !! i am really in shock i even produced the hospital papers ...STAY AWAY FROM THE 90 DAY OPTION ITS A SETUP IF SOMETHING HAPPENS OUT OF YOUR CONTROL THEY WILL NOT HELP, PATRICK IS HORRIBLE !!
