I've had rhe worst experience with Acceptance now worker named Bill from Kanes Furniture in St Petersburg, FL. He was very rude and need to learn customer service skills.

I dont not understand how acceptance now or Kanes could have someone like this working for their company. I have asked several times for a supervisor and wach time he would say he'll pass on the message.

I haven't gotten a response yet concerning this. He needs to be fired!!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
