My name is samantha turner and im financing some beds from the humble, tx ashley store. My husband had surgery and unable to work in december of last year, and caused our account to be a couple months behind. We have now brought our account current and shouldnt be at risk of the reposession of our furniture. My last payment was less than 30 days ago, and although my payment was just due on the 15th, the manager ellen has been very rude and is sending a truck to pick up my furniture. What happened to a simple late fee and a no harrassment policy?l

I have had the same issue I've never dealt with a company so terrible in all my life people have things happen to them that sometimes they can't control and they just don't seem to be a very understanding company at all
