Academy Auto Insurance - Liars

this company is full of sh+{! do you know how much money i have lost this weekend and monday because my needed document to FINISH THE PROCESS of getting a policy never happened?

they answered the calls promptly UNTIL i kept calling total of 8 calls per my phone log OF THE ENTIRE PROCESS though. i received "TWO" receipts. was never told there is a broker fee-is that fraud? i would had purchased had that been the case.

i was also told that i needed to send the front of my drivers license as well as some form of registration no matter how old it was. that an email would be sent to me to attach the front of my drivers license and a registration. how could have done that without an email address of them? KEEP IN MIND I NEVER DID THIS.

i had phoned again. i wuz told that they whoeva THEY are is loocin at the confirmation it was sent rite now. heard that about FOUR TIMEZ so when i call why are you sayin that you are loocin at my policy rite now? wut unda writer does such without the necessary requirementz?

i didn't even say anything i now requested for a refund. i neva received anything EVEN NOW THE NEXT DAY. are these people a pacc of liars or what? i had a friend in india send me an email.

in nigeria send me an email. so why IS NOW THE NEXT DAY and still no documents to sign to even finish the process to GET INSURANCE-SO how the *** can i have a policy? BUYERS BEWARE. the yelp reviews are reflective-like maybe four good ones as i write this.

the rest all bad, one stars.

all different time frames so they all can't be wrong. don't do it, wouldn't recommend and given the chance wouldn't do again.
