What marketing genius decided it was a good idea to blindly send out baby formula to random women who neither requested it or want it? We just started getting formula in the mail, and our youngest child is 7 years old.

This would simply be a nuisance except that we lost a baby to a genetic defect a few years ago, so it's incredibly insensitive and painful for my wife to get these packages in the mail. It reminds her of the baby she lost, and really *** me off!

By their own admission, Similac purchases lists so that they can send out this junk mail. What the *** kind of *** practice is that? How about sending it only to expectant mothers?

Easy solution. Find a women and children's shelter and donate it.

You can turn a painful situation into a positive one that actually helps out others in the end AND serves the opposite purpose of what you are doing by posting on this site.

Sorry to hear about your families loss, however you could turn it into an experience that helps others and what better way to memorialize your baby?
