I purchased an 8x10 rug from Abani Rugs for $335. I needed to return it because it did not match my decor.
The return policy is 14 days. Buyer is responsible for return shipping, which is only FedEx. Cost: oversized - $104.00, additional fee - $168.00, rush time of year - $80.00. I paid a total of $308 to return shipping on a $335 purchase.
Speaking with the service department is the worst experience I have ever had with any retailer. The person is the most condescending person I have ever delt with. They will not give you information for their corporate headquarters, and you cannot speak with them.
He actually called me a liar when he promised me a credit refund. I would suggest not dealing with Abani directly but through one of their retailers.St
