123Stores - Broken Item, no refund or replacement. Sent to manufacturer for resolution.
Bought 2 Pegasus Medicine Cabinets for a bathroom remodel.
When the units were opened, one had 2 broken mirror side panels.
6 days after professional installation (by contractor), the mirrored door of one unit simply broke off at the hinged side.
Contacted Stores123 via email and got no reply.
Contacted Stores123 via phone and was told there would be no return or refund. We were told to contact the Manufacturer for resolution.
Contacted Amazon Support.
This is terrible customer service. We will never order and item from Stores123 again, and will do everything we can to broadcast our poor experience.
