Tulsa Oklahoma Office cannot figure out how to bill for insurance

AI Highlights
  • - Documents were hand-delivered; staff claimed they never received them.
  • - Next bill was wrong and insurance canceled after payment.

OMG - the last 4 months have been an absolute nightmare trying to deal with Community Care. My husband has been to their office and delivered every single document BY HAND that they claimed they never received by email even though he took them the same exact thing and let the girl in the office verify it was filled out correctly.

The girl said "now, I have everything I need....we are good to go now and everything is corrected, you will get a new bill and it will be correct". Oh really....well, the next bill comes and it is still wrong and guess what, they cancelled our insurance when my husband sent them the amount she said it 'should be'. So then he goes back again and they swear they have it corrected all the way through their many systems and offices. Received the next bill and it's still WRONG.

Sent them $$$, never put the check in the bank and still cancelled the insurance. The Tulsa offices are ABSOLUTELY WORTHLESS.

I think I need an attorney and I know I need a new insurance company. Diana Judd
