Extremely high legal charges against landlords
My solicitor discontinued an eviction case after just one hearing I attended without a legal rep. These thieves surveyed my property lied that 78 year old lady suffered from injury due to dampness. Then when case was going to trial they *** them selves as well as their lier client and offered settlement. They have generated £11,000 legal bill for supporting a 78 year old Yemeni widow who cheated DSS claim for 6 months by leaving benefit claim open after death of her husband in Yemen.
