Unpaid settlement
I submitted a privacy complaint to Northwest Medical Center in Tucson, Arizona, for a video of an emergency room procedure that was leaked to social media. The film should never have been made in the first place, and Community Health Systems offered to pay a settlement to me over five years ago. I was even interviewed by the Mayor on NPR regarding this settlement, and still, they have not paid a single cent to me.
