Verified Buyer |Nasty Customer service
The manager/Supervisor has a very nasty attitude, towards customers. But opens the door for girlfriend to give her flowers.
The young man took my money to pay rent, she tells him to do something else. And then asks me "can I help you". I asked her didn't he tell you since he took my money. She informed me that she told him to do something else.
I said, but he took my money and if you told him to do something else communication is the key to any work place. With her funky attitude she reiterated what she said and how can she help me. I have NEVER in 10 years coming to this check cashing place 510 Claremont parkway, Bronx, NY 10457 store #74 experience this type of behavior. I've visited plenty of locations, but this one the most because is in my neighborhood.
Her behavior is unacceptable, and opening the door to receive flowers from her girlfriend is not company behavior. This happened today, Wednesday, August 2, 2023, at 3:54pm.
