Extremely Poor Service and Unresolved Cancellation Requests

I am extremely disappointed with Community Fibre. I have requested cancellation of my broadband service three times, and each time, my request has been ignored.

Despite multiple contacts and clear instructions to terminate my account, they continue to send me bills and have not actioned the cancellation.

This level of customer service is unacceptable.

I have made every effort to resolve the issue directly, but it has gone nowhere. I am now in the process of escalating the matter to the Communications Ombudsman, as Community Fibre has failed to comply with basic service expectations and respect consumer rights.

I would strongly caution anyone considering their service if you ever need to leave, expect a fight.
